If you spend your working day in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams, and you keep hearing that AI will save you hours but nobody has shown you exactly how, this course shows you.

Microsoft 365 Copilot is the AI assistant built into the apps you already use, grounded in your own emails, chats, meetings and files. Every demo is recorded on one realistic business, Pashun Sports, a small sports t-shirt brand selling into the USA, with a fabric supplier, a website to update, an inbox that never empties and far too many spreadsheets. You play the non-technical person who keeps it all running.

Which Copilot do you have?

Before anything else, you'll find out which Copilot version and licence you have and what your tier actually unlocks. You'll set it up, so every demo works on your screen too.

What you will learn

Understand Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat and Copilot Pages, and what Copilot can and cannot see, so you use it safely

Copilot in Outlook: summarise long email threads, draft customer and supplier replies from one sentence, get tone coaching, triage your inbox, and prepare for any meeting in under a minute
