CCDV-F Claude Certified Developer Foundations Practice Tests
On Udemy
About this course
These five practice tests prepare you for the Claude Certified Developer, Foundations exam (CCDV-F). The exam is for developers who build applications with Claude, so the questions are scenarios about real build decisions: how to structure an agent loop, how to call the API, how to handle tool results, and how to keep a deployment safe.
Each test has 53 original scenario questions with four options and one correct answer. Every question belongs to one of the eight exam domains: Agents and Workflows; Applications and Integration; Claude Code; Eval, Testing, and Debugging; Model Selection and Optimization; Prompt and Context Engineering; Security and Safety; and Tools and MCPs. Across the 265 questions, each domain appears in about the same proportion as its weight in the official exam guide.
Every question has an explanation of why the correct answer fits the scenario, with links to the documentation it relies on, so you can find what you missed after each test.
A few points about scope:- The scenarios are fictional and written for this course. They are not real exam questions, and none were copied from the exam or from any official sample.- The official exam also includes multiple-response items. These practice tests use single-answer questions only, so practice that format separately.- Set the timer to 120 minutes per test, the answering time in the official exam guide. The 75% pass mark (40 of 53) is a practice target set by the author. The real exam reports a scaled score, and a scaled score does not convert to a raw percentage.- Passing these tests does not guarantee a result on the real exam.
