Salesforce is going headless. With Headless 360 and the Model Context Protocol (MCP), your Salesforce data, business logic, and Agentforce agents are no longer locked inside the Salesforce UI. They can now be used directly from AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT, and from AI coding tools like Claude Code and Cursor.
This course is a practical, hands-on guide to building that future. Instead of only explaining the concepts, you will connect a real Salesforce org to Claude and ChatGPT and build working integrations step by step.
What makes this course different
Most Headless 360 courses stop at connecting an AI assistant to Salesforce. This course goes further. You'll expose your own Apex, Flows, Named Queries, Agentforce agents, Prompt Templates, and Data 360 data as MCP tools. You'll secure them behind a MuleSoft gateway, test every integration in Postman, and use Claude Code to build Salesforce solutions from VS Code.
What you'll build, section by section
You start with the foundations: what Headless 360 is, how MCP differs from traditional HTTP APIs, and how data security works when AI accesses your org.
Next, you connect Salesforce to Claude and ChatGPT. You'll configure an External Client App, perform CRUD operations from Claude, and learn how to fix common connection issues.
Then you extend Claude with custom MCP tools. You'll run Apex actions, trigger Flows, and call Named Query APIs directly from Claude and ChatGPT.You'll build Agentforce Sales and Service Agents, including a real customer shopping assistant use case, and expose them to Claude and ChatGPT.You'll bring Prompt Templates into Claude, both as tools and as reusable prompts.
You'll set up Data 360, configure data streams, DLOs and DMOs, and query both structured and unstructured (RAG) data from Claude.
