Prompt & Context Engineering: ChatGPT, Grok, Claude, Gemini

On Udemy

About this course

Everyone at work now has access to ChatGPT, Grok, Claude and Gemini. Very few people get consistently great results from them. The difference isn't which AI you use. It's how you brief it and what context you give it.

This course teaches both skills in plain English, with no coding. You'll learn how AI assistants actually work (tokens, context windows and why they hallucinate), then master proven prompt frameworks like Role-Task-Context-Format (RTCF), few-shot examples and step-by-step reasoning.

Next comes context engineering, the skill that separates casual users from power users: custom instructions, memory, Projects, reusable assistants such as Gemini Skills and Claude Skills, and grounding answers in your own files.

The heart of the course is a fair head-to-head method. You run the same five workplace tasks (email, report summary, live research, spreadsheet analysis and creative work) on all four assistants, score them with a five-point rubric, and build your own 'which AI to use when' scorecard. Because these products change monthly, the course teaches you a repeatable test rather than a ranking that goes out of date.

Then you get ready-to-use playbooks for email, reports, Excel and data, research, slides and meetings, plus documents and images, light automation with scheduled tasks and connected apps, and the privacy, fact-checking and AI policy habits your employer expects.

You finish with a personal prompt library and a capstone project that automates part of your real work week. Content is up to date as of October 2026, including recent changes such as custom GPTs retiring and Gemini Gems moving to Skills. Includes 25+ downloadable cheat sheets, templates and a 205-prompt workplace library (PDF + DOCX).

About this course's production (AI disclosure): This course is narrated with an AI-generated voice (Microsoft neural text-to-speech), and the slides and on-screen interface mock-ups were produced with software tools.
