This course is about mastering Tools in Microsoft Copilot Studio and using them to build action-driven AI agents. We’ll work hands-on with Copilot Studio Tools, Agent Flows, Power Automate, Custom Prompts, REST APIs, and Custom Connectors to build agents that don’t just answer questions — they actually do things.

Designed for developers, consultants, and technical Power Platform professionals who already understand the fundamentals of Copilot Studio, this course goes beyond knowledge sources and basic conversational agents.

You’ll learn how agents pass inputs to tools, process outputs, interact with external systems, and perform real business actions. We’ll work with both Classic and AI Orchestration, exploring when each approach makes sense and why using more AI isn’t always the smartest engineering decision.

This is a hands-on, project-driven course. We’ll create support tickets in SharePoint, extract structured information using Custom Prompts, call Agent Flows, work directly with REST APIs, build Custom Connectors from API documentation, and bring everything together inside Banana Assist 3.0, our increasingly capable company AI agent. This is not a Power Automate course, and it’s not another introduction to Copilot Studio. We stay focused on the mechanics developers need to understand to build capable, reliable AI agents.
