Use MCP connectors, subagents and combined Skills to run complex, multi-step workflows

Solve real problems through hands-on case studies for teachers, café owners, bookkeepers and content creatorsAI tools are moving from "answer my question" to "do my work for me," and Gemini Task is Google's answer to that shift. Most people only scratch the surface, a quick chat here, a file upload there, without ever connecting Gemini to their real files, accounts and routines. This course closes that gap. You'll learn not just what each feature does, but when and why to use it, so Gemini Task becomes part of your actual workflow instead of a novelty.

The course is built in progressive modules. You'll start with the fundamentals: setup, memory and instructions, local folders, editing files safely, connectors and scheduling. Then you'll go deep into Skills: creating them, installing them, building multi-file Skills, combining them into workflows, and using subagents.

From there you'll move into more than 25 hands-on practices with Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Keep and Forms.
