About this course

Learn ChatGPT for productivity through practical lessons in prompt engineering, content creation, document analysis and everyday work. Explore GPT-6 Astra demonstrations and discover how ChatGPT features can support writing, working with information and organizing ongoing tasks.

Have you used ChatGPT but received answers that were too general, incomplete or difficult to apply? This course helps you develop a more structured approach. Learn to explain what you need, provide relevant information, choose appropriate features and review the results before using them.

You will begin with the foundations of ChatGPT and generative AI, then explore practical applications involving content, documents, data, images and voice. The course is designed for beginners and everyday users who want to understand the tools they are using and apply them more confidently.

Learn ChatGPT with a practical purpose

ChatGPT becomes more useful when you connect it to a specific task. You might want to draft a blog post, understand a document, explore information, create an image or prepare a proposal for a potential client.

The demonstrations in this course introduce different ways of approaching these tasks. Follow the examples, experiment with your own requests and notice how the information you provide influences the response.

You will also explore the interface, model selection and differences between free and paid plans. These lessons help you understand the options shown in the course and the access you may need to follow particular demonstrations.
