CCDV-F Claude Developer - Learning Loop [Ordered Questions]

On Udemy

About this course

Build your understanding of Claude development through six ordered chapters of questions and lessons. The course supports preparation for Claude Certified Developer - Foundations (CCDV-F), beginning with API and software concepts before progressing to tools, agents, project configuration, and operational decisions. Basic programming familiarity is expected; prior Claude development experience is not required.

What you will study

Start with requests, responses, JSON, authentication, conversation history, and asynchronous application behavior. Then connect prompt design, context limits, output validation, model capabilities, and token costs to practical requirements. Work through tool execution, Model Context Protocol (MCP), authorization boundaries, agent workflows, and state management. Later chapters address Claude Code, reproducible configuration, testing, debugging, deployment, and monitoring.

Each explanation is a lesson. It defines the necessary concepts, explains the mechanism, applies it to the scenario, and compares all the answer choices. Annotated official references provide further reading, while the explanation itself supplies the information needed to understand the decision. Small examples help connect terminology to application behavior.

Study instructions

Choose Practice Mode for untimed study and immediate answer feedback. You can return to these Study instructions under Overview on each chapter page. Start with Chapter 1, keep all topics selected, and follow the supplied question order. Try an answer before opening the lesson. When the answer and reasoning are familiar, continue. When you guessed or encountered an unfamiliar idea, read the complete explanation, compare the alternatives, and revisit the official references as needed. Take breaks and return to uncertain concepts before dependent material. Use a suitable development environment for optional hands-on experiments; any service charges are separate from this course.
