AI Ethics & Responsible AI Use at Work (EU AI Act)
On Udemy
About this course
This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.
AI is already in your workday. Are you using it responsibly?
Updated October 2026. The EU AI Act asks providers and deployers of AI systems to take measures that support the AI literacy of their staff (Article 4, as amended by Regulation (EU) 2026/1744). No official certificate exists for this, and this course does not claim to be one. What it does is give every employee the practical AI literacy that those measures are meant to build, in about two hours, with a Udemy certificate of completion your organisation can keep on file as one piece of its documentation.
AI tools have arrived in almost every workplace, faster than the rules, the training and most of us were ready for. Millions of people draft, summarise, analyse and decide with AI every day while quietly hoping they are not making a mistake they will regret. This course removes the guesswork. It turns "I hope this is okay" into clear, confident judgment you can apply this afternoon. No technical background required.
Practical, not philosophical
This is not a lecture on the philosophy of artificial intelligence and it is not built for engineers. It is built for the marketer, the HR coordinator, the accountant, the project manager, the customer-service agent: anyone who now has AI in their tools and needs to use it well. "Ethics" here means something simple and useful: making choices about AI that do not cause harm to people, to your company or to yourself. Everything is organised around five principles you will carry into any situation: fairness, transparency, privacy, accountability, safety.
What you will learn to doHow AI really works, just enough: why it predicts plausible patterns rather than knowing the truth, and why that explains nearly every mistake it makes
