AI Automation for Construction Project Managers

About this course

DISCLAIMER:This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.

Audio creation tools that generate artificial speech meant to emulate human voice.

Construction project managers don't have a knowledge problem — they have a paperwork problem.

RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, daily reports, email threads, schedule updates, cost reports, closeout checklists. The administrative load keeps growing, and every hour spent on paperwork is an hour not spent leading the project. Meanwhile, AI tools are transforming every other industry — but most construction PMs have no idea how to apply them to real project workflows without risking errors, confidentiality breaches, or contractual mistakes.

This course fixes that.

AI Automation for Construction Project Managers is a hands-on, beginner-to-intermediate course that teaches you to use AI — ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, Procore AI, Autodesk Construction IQ — on the actual work you do every day: drafting RFIs, tracking submittals, writing meeting minutes, analyzing schedules and budgets, managing risk, quality and safety, producing daily reports and executive dashboards, and closing out projects.

No generic AI theory. Everything runs on one fictional $15M healthcare renovation project, so you see the same project data move through every workflow — from transcript to meeting minutes, from RFI email to status dashboard.

The course has 6 sections and 18 presentations (270 slides, about 3 hours of narrated content), plus 5 hands-on screen-recorded demonstrations. The final section is the strongest part: you go beyond chatbots and build real no-code automations with Power Automate — including a capstone project where you assemble your own AI Construction PM Assistant, complete with a 30-60-90-day implementation plan.
