About this course
This course gives you six full-length, 60-question practice exams for AB-620: Designing and Building Integrated AI Agent Solutions in Copilot Studio, the exam for the Microsoft Certified: AI Agent Builder Associate certification. That is 360 original, scenario-based questions in total.
Unlike Microsoft's business-user AI certifications, AB-620 is a genuinely technical exam. You will decide when to use an MCP tool versus an A2A connection versus a child agent, diagnose why an agent-called flow times out, work out why a citation stopped appearing after an index change, and choose between computer use and a REST API for a legacy system with no API. Every answer option has its own explanation, so you learn why a plausible option is wrong.
The questions follow Microsoft's published skill areas and their weighting:
Plan and configure agent solutions (30–35%)Integrate and extend agents in Copilot Studio (40–45%)Test and manage agents (20–25%)The exams build in three difficulty tiers:
- Exams 1–2 (Foundational): core, single-concept scenarios in every skill area.
- Exams 3–4 (Applied): diagnostic scenarios where you weigh several settings or integration options at once.
- Exams 5–6 (Expert): subtle configuration, security, and troubleshooting scenarios, including computer use and deep Azure AI Search grounding.
Questions are either single-answer or select-two, as on the real exam. Questions are grounded in Microsoft Learn documentation, and this exam is still in beta as of this writing, with several features (computer use, the newer GitHub Copilot harness, Fabric IQ) still in preview. Always check the current study guide before your exam date.
This is an independent practice course, not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft. All questions are original.
